How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@bidsmith.app with the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:
- Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your account will automatically revert to the free plan.
- Your proposals and data will be retained and accessible on the free plan.
Refunds After 30 Days
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a service issue or billing error, contact us and we will work with you to find a fair resolution. Partial refunds may be issued for unused portions of your subscription.

The free plan is provided at no cost and is not eligible for refunds as no payment is collected.
